Social protection and inclusion have become essential pillars of survival and dignity for millions of Afghans facing intersecting vulnerabilities. Widespread poverty, forced displacement, economic instability, and weakened public systems have left entire communities without access to the most basic resources. Women and girls, in particular, face systematic exclusion from education, employment, and public life, while youth struggle with limited opportunities and growing hopelessness. Persons with disabilities often remain invisible in mainstream programs, lacking tailored support or accessibility.
